“We’ve stayed here a few times now, and it’s always a great experience. The building is a former convent from the 1600’s, beautifully renovated into a modern classy hotel, with a glass-enclosed courtyard with a bar/restaurant underneath. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the biggest draw: the staff. Each person was courteous, professional, and just dialed in, very attentive and on top of it, absolutely refreshing to see such professionalism in hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to or through Lille.”

“This could have been a nicer hotel, the setting is nice, the hotel is spacious, the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are not what they should be, only 3 outlets in the room, one used by the TV, one by the clock and one by the electric kettle, so forget charging your phone, the closets are old and very hard to open and close, the safe doesn't work, and the front desk telling you they can't fix it because there's no one for it during the weekend is ludicrous! It's a hotel with customers 24/7! Also the bathroom is not well-equipped, and there's not enough towels. The parking is very small and fills fast, but the worse is the fee of 21 euros a night. Why such a steep price to park a car in a not 5-star hotel? Not a great experience.”
