“We’ve stayed here a few times now, and it’s always a great experience. The building is a former convent from the 1600’s, beautifully renovated into a modern classy hotel, with a glass-enclosed courtyard with a bar/restaurant underneath. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the biggest draw: the staff. Each person was courteous, professional, and just dialed in, very attentive and on top of it, absolutely refreshing to see such professionalism in hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to or through Lille.”
