Tive uma estadia maravilhosa de uma noite aqui na semana passada. Fui transferido para um lindo quarto com vista para o False Harbor. O serviço foi impecável e eficiente. O hotel é lindo e fica a uma curta caminhada dos restaurantes de Yaletown e do resto do centro.

hotel 5 estrelas. Caro. Grande cassino lá embaixo.No entanto, nenhum serviço de quarto após as 23h (o que ainda é muito cedo).Não há restaurantes em todo o edifício, exceto 1 fast food no cassino.Faz o convidado descer para pegar a comida. Eu entendi isso por razões de segurança, mas eles poderiam, pelo menos, pedir a um membro da equipe para mencioná-lo quando eu pedisse. Mas tudo bem, não é grande coisa, apenas super irritante quando você espera serviços 5 estrelasQuestionado sobre se eles podem trazer um microondas para o quarto. Eles disseram que não têm mais em todo o edifícioPerguntado se eu posso aquecer minha comida com o micro-ondas. O quarto parecia limpo à primeira vista, e os funcionários deixaram um panfleto informando o quanto eles se preocupam com a limpeza e que higienizam maçanetas, controle remoto da tv etc. Alguns segundos depois eu vi uma calcinha feminina usada no chão perto da cama . A cueca era azul e bem visível, se errar isso significa que eles nem se preocuparam em usar o aspirador. Pelo preço que você está pagando, isso é totalmente inaceitável!

The room looked clean at first glance, and the staff left a flyer stating how much they care on the cleaning and that they sanitizedoor knobs, tv remote etc.. few seconds later I saw a used woman underwear on the floor close to the bed. The underwear was blue and pretty visible, if the missed it means they didn't even bother to use the vacuum. For the price you're paying this is totally unacceptable!

I feel not satisfied with Sutton Hotel there's the reason of terrible cleaning service, when I sleep on the sofa bed with the sheet then next morning I woke up with one eye swollen because of the sheet. How terrible! They should change the sheets better quality, not chemical. Also, they have cool pool.

5 star hotel. Expensive. Big casino downstairs. Yet no room service after 11pm (which is really early still). No restaurants in the entire building except for 1 fast food take out in the casino. Makes the guest go downstairs to get the food. I get it for safety reason but they could atleast get a staff member to bring it up when I asked. But fine not a big deal just super annoying when you expect 5 star services Asked if they can bring a microwave to the room. They said they don't have anymore in the entire building Asked if I can heat up my food with their microwave. They said cannot Asked if they can heat up my food in the microwave. They said cannot. So here I am eating my food cold in a 5 star hotel which I paid a pretty penny for

I had a wonderful one-night stay here last week. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of False Harbor. Service was impeccable and efficient. The hotel is gorgeous and is a short walk from the restaurants of Yaletown and the rest of downtown.

Our Christmas staff party is to be held at the Marriott hotel restaurant we decided to treat our team to a night stay at the hotel after the dinner party . This decision proved to be a huge mistake. The process of reserving 10 rooms under the Company name has been a night mare. It has taken 32 E. mails, and countless hours on the phone to make a group booking, for 10 rooms, at the hotel. After, we signed a contract, and Our Rooms were reserved, and the reservation was confirmed, we were told the room reservation was cancelled . After Many hours on the phone the rooms were re- reserved but we were charged for double the rooms we booked. When I called to see why the Visa charges were double the Quoted amount, I received an Absent alert message , from the person I was dealing with. Our E. mails go un answered. I cannot understand how one reservation could be botched up in so many ways. In my opinion, as a small business owner; The Main problem is not 1 person is in charge. Every time i called we got a new person and we had to re explain what we needed. I have been re routed to the reservation team back east and even to Mexico. We have not set foot in the hotel as yet, it will not matter how great the rooms will be or how friendly the staff are. The process of booking 10 rooms has been such a night mare we will never want to repeat the stressful ordeal. If you are a Company looking to book for your team, Look else where. Booking a holiday treat for your team member and yourself should be a relaxing and exciting time not a stressful way to spend your time and money.

Beautiful property! We were welcomed by staff accordingly and checked in with no issues. Every single staff member kindly acknowledged with every encounter. Huge thanks to Maria for gifting my husband with a bottle of Prosecco and cake for his birthday- such a kind gesture! We unfortunately had disruptive neighbours but management dealt with it immediately. Thanks for your hospitality and would love to be back.

( DOWNLOAD THE BONVOY APP!!!!! It's worth your time.) The hotel is beautiful and new with all the high end amenities. The staff is quick to welcome and assist with check in. So many great choices for dinner. The lounges have incredible drinks with bar tenders that have skills to help create your perfect drink. High end tequila is where I live. Gym has tons of equipment and hydrotherapy spa has great views. Lots of great places to visit and wonder to close to the hotel.

Me alojé en el Douglas y es de una calidad superior, tanto en habitaciones, servicio y restaurante. Grandes instalaciones para reuniones. Muy recomendable por la localización también. Lo que no me gustó es el casino, pero lo demás estupendo.

Buen lugar para divertirse un poco. El casino pequeño pero con buen ambiente. El hotel the Douglas excelente para hospedarse y si hay conciertos en el Rogers Arena mucho que mejor. La distancia es perfecta para caminar.
