“5 star hotel. Expensive. Big casino downstairs.
Yet no room service after 11pm (which is really early still).
No restaurants in the entire building except for 1 fast food take out in the casino.
Makes the guest go downstairs to get the food. I get it for safety reason but they could atleast get a staff member to bring it up when I asked. But fine not a big deal just super annoying when you expect 5 star services
Asked if they can bring a microwave to the room. They said they don't have anymore in the entire building
