This is a great location and it has a small utopia next to it. I have not see anything like this, it’s like you died and you came here because it’s a total utopia. This complex is unreal because it’s made from cement but a particular effort was made to make it all appealing. I’m sold 100%😝😆😛🙈

Best Staffing ... well trained, multi-lingual, well mannered , pleasant, service centric, caring if you have anyone Dear To You having a Procedure at CIMA just book it now ... They treat people going through stress... Like Family ... Even offer chicken soup ..rooms are basic but very functional... Cleaning staff non-stop , pool like every pool in Escazú ... Cold ... breakfast ... Do the omelette ... Tip him... Everything is no problem... And they mean it. Excellent in all respects.

It located 25 minutes from airport, there not many local restaurant around so it not easy to get local foods from here. Room was nice, staff friendly and it closed to food court that have american restaurants.

Recently stayed at this Residence Inn for nights on a family vacation. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. In the morning the hotel provides an awesome and delicious breakfast. Several hotel staff that I would like to recognize for their high quality customer service are Jesse in the breakfast area, the 2 Maria’s and Katherine at the front desk. The hotel is well maintained with a satisfactory fitness center, pool and close to many restaurants and stores in the Ezcazu section of San Jose. Security in this area appears to be very good and there are nearby areas where you can take a pleasant walk. Also close by is a Walmart super center and another restaurant and shopping area called Tempo Plaza.

Love love love this place. The staff and management are amazing people. Staying here for over a month as my spouse is getting treatment at Cima hospital. The staff spend so much time cleaning and completing their work load that often it takes a while to get another drink at the bar or service while eating in the restaurant. I think management just needs to reprioritize the service affected by tasks they are required to take care of during their shift. Caring people, just think it would benefit the hotel as a whole to take care of their long term staying customers better.

This was our third stay at Marriott Residence Inn at Avenida Escazu and we would highly recommend. Within walking distance are many restaurants, shops and such. And their free breakfast dishes fantastic. My wife always looks forward to their breakfast, coffee and fresh fruit custom Smoothies 😀

I was here for about 2 weeks. I really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was amazing. They had made to order eggs and had gallo pinto everyday. Cappuccino machine, amazing fruit. The housekeeping service was fantastic I never needed to request anything. And don't worry if you don't speak Spanish everyone was pretty fluent in English. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. And there are quite a few amazing restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Maria Jose at reception was AMAZING, and helped us out incredibly. Rooms were very cozy, and clean. We will definitely come back for sure. Staff was great.

I really liked that hotel! The hotel itself is nicely designed. The rooms are spacious and includes everything you need! The breakfast is really good and complete! The hotel location is super safe and there is a lot of restaurants nearby. I recommend this hotel to everybody that travels in the area of San Jose!
