“Incompetent front desk staff. We were charged twice for our room and staff were confused and unable to complete a simple check in/check out process. Hot tub was broken and no mention of this was made when we made the reservation. Lastly, there were cops at this location during our stay as well as several individuals using drugs in the parking lot. Would not recommend.”

“First room we got the tv didn’t work so we got moved to one across the hall. After checking the second room noticed black mold in the shower. Both treadmills in the workout room were out of order weights weren’t put back. No towels or rags on the rack. Shady guy that was working the desk was never at the desk. Everything in this hotel needs a scrub down. After booking I looked at some of the reviews mostly bad some of them got comments back from the hotel saying how they were going to fix the problems but after my stay here I see they’ve done nothing to improve there facilities. If I was apart of the Marriott franchise I would be ashamed of this hotel. Never felt the need to leave a review about a place but I’m trying to warn people not to waste there money here. The only good thing was how close it is to the gas station and the highway.”
