“It’s a 10 stars hotel! The staff is professional, friendly and very nice, specially the ladies who made the check in and check out for me. They did excellent job. The room is outstanding, very comfortable and has everything. The staff is very cooperative. Food is very good and price is reasonable. I have nothing negative to say. Definitely when I come back to Madina, I will stay in this hotel.”

“Muito bom em termos de limpeza e localização.Sua localização fica em frente aos portões principais do santuário, a um minuto de caminhada. No pátio do campus 🤩 Quanto ao espaço de oração das mulheres, é considerado distante porque o hotel fica em frente ao Portão 5 e o lugar das mulheres fica no Portão 12.A limpeza não é nada a dizer, os banheiros são novos e o quarto é bom e espaçoso. Tivemos um quarto com vista para o Haram e parecia lindo, graças a Deus.Quanto ao horário de saída do hotel, são 12 horas, e há taxas para quem fica para fazer o check-out depois das 12, mas não discuti com eles porque fiz o check-out no horário.”
