“Room was really nice, but i m not satsfied with staff in this hotel( night auditor). He was really rude with us when we were checking in the room. He needs to learn that how to attract the guest so they will come back for next time. I will recommend to everyone ,never go there.”

“I am very disappointed with my experience here, the air conditioning wasn't working in the room and it was 26 degrees in there. I had to go and explain this to the reception as when I tried to call 4 times there was no response. She advised that she would send someone to the room to reset this and 30 minutes after resetting it, it still didn't work. I went to the lobby again with all of my items and she was still unhelpful. I am an Hilton gold member and am loyal wherever I go in the world. This is my worst experience of a Hilton brand hotel and I was made to feel completely unvalued, as the lady said you do not get any Hilton Honors benefits at this property. I had to leave an hour after I checked inn and still I wasn't offered a different room or any compensation. NOT HAPPY!!!!”
