“Great vibes at the terrace bar! Good fopd and drinks, fun, open and airy, yet cozy place to hang out. This place is still not as frequented due to being a bit tucked away, but the building has important historical significance with is very iconic architecture... I hope it will get to have more vibrancy that it deserves as we come out of the pandemic.”

“Na recepção, depois de preencher o formulário de hóspedes em meu nome, a recepcionista, ao ver que minha esposa tinha passaporte alemão, simplesmente rasgou meu formulário e entregou outro para que minha esposa preenchesse, mas obteve um não, pois a reserva havia sido feita em meu nome e quem pagaria a conta seria eu. Que ela reutilizasse o formulário que eu já havia preenchido e assinado. A recepcionista, a contragosto, pegou o formulário rasgado e amassado da cesta de lixo e queria que eu preenchesse novamente outro, mas me neguei a fazê-lo, pois achei uma aberração o ocorrido. Diante disso, não me entregou as chaves e foi preciso chamar o diretor do estabelecimento para registrar a reclamação. Recebemos a chave do quarto e para nossa surpresa, havia telhas de aranha atrás do abajur e aranhas andando pelo teto. Chamamos novamente o diretor para mostrar a sujeira do ambiente e dissemos que, se não nos fosse concedido um quarto limpo, publicaríamos em todos os portais de avaliação o ocorrido. Como o hotel estava lotado, pediu para que, antes de ocuparmos o quarto, fosse feita uma limpeza, que demorou mais de uma hora e já passava de meia-noite quando pudemos, enfim, nos acomodar. Se você não for de raça cor branca, não recomendo hospedar-se no Parkhotel Praha.”
