“The quality of the hotel is far from 5 stars. The staff is not competent. In the evening, we sat in a restaurant and waited 20 minutes for the drinks, left, having learned that the order was not started. At breakfast, ordered the otmlet, but they brought the scrambled eggs. Breakfast buffet is very poor, almost nothing. From fruit only pineapple and kiwi, boiled eggs and porridge, cheap packaged juices. They put already used sleepers in the room ... At a room rate of 700 euros per day is a terrible quality. Nice interior. The pool is only open until 18.30, very strange ... in general 3 stars maximum ...”

“Charged additional “table charge” at restaurant without any notice. Was written on the bill as “various” and only informed what it was after we had paid. Staff were very rude and walked away when we asked to talk to them about it.”
