“The breakfast service people were amazing. Truly a highlight for their warm hospitality... but 1200y for a coffee/1100y (~£8) for an orange juice is just crazy.
The room was incredible - 100% get a garden view - and enjoy a relaxing bath/shower looking over the city.
Also the television dubs the only English news (BBC) in Japanese and I could not for the life of me work out how to stop it. I could have asked but it was late... probably could have been fixed so my fault.”

“Had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La this last weekend. I mentioned that it was mine and my boyfriend's anniversary and they left some bubbles in our room!! They also let us have a late check-out which was much appreciated.
The room was absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view of the Tokyo skyline. Was giant for Japan standards. Had an all round incredible experience- this was meant to be a bit of a splurge on the last night of our trip and it did not disappoint- but did get a really good deal by booking direct with the hotel in advance. The sauna and jacuzzi was understandably not open at this time but the swimming pool was and it had a really great view as well.
