Nossa primeira vez aqui. Fizemos uma escapadela de última hora durante a noite de Austin. Eles nos colocaram em um quarto deluxe com varanda com vista para o clube e o campo de golfe. Linda 🤩🌅. Jantamos na churrascaria ontem à noite que era tão bom. Cada membro da equipe foi A +. Obrigado JW! Ver você de novo.

Quarto muito espaçoso com sala de estar separada e quarto com varanda ampla. Banheiro muito espaçoso também. A comida nos vários restaurantes no local era ótima, juntamente com um delicioso café da manhã. Com certeza vou ficar de novo.

Very spacious room with separate living room and bedroom with extended balcony.Very roomy bathroom as well.Food in the various restaurants on site was great along with a delicious breakfast.Will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Alot of it is closed due to covid but still a great place. This place has an amazing pool whenever that may open up.

Our first time here. We did a last minute overnight get-a-way from Austin. They put us in a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the clubhouse and golf course. Beautiful 🤩🌅. Had dinner at the steakhouse last night which was so good. Every staff member has been A+. Thanks JW! See you again.

Was really nice. But had kids next to our room screaming at 12:30am. We had to call front desk . They really didn't in force mask rule for the kids which was worrisome.

Considering we are still in a pandemic I won't give this place a 1 star rating that I think it deserved.The facility itself was beautiful and the accommodations were very nice however, when my husband booked 2 nights for our anniversary he was not informed that room service,the spa, Starbucks, and the other restaurants were not open during the week. It was raining so even the use of the pool was out of the question. We requested to be moved from a handicap designatedroom and the room they moved us to was not thoroughly clean (the bathroom had 2 different types of hair on the floor. the coffee machine had leftover putrid water in it.It was also missing the JW Welcome kit that was in the room we had left. Front desk said they couldn't move us to any other room with a patio (even though we were told by other staff that only 10 rooms were booked out of the 1000 rooms they had. Will definitely give them another chance for a weekend visit during warmer weather. We ended up checking out early and going to La Cantera Resort.

Minha esposa e eu comemoramos nosso aniversário de 13 anos e se hospedaram no JW MARRIOTT SAN ANTONIO HILLS e foi a melhor experiência que já tivemos. Eles nos deram um ótimo serviço da recepção para as pessoas da limpeza. Os quartos eram muito limpos, tivemos uma excelente vista e as camas eram muito confortáveis. Definitivamente, recomendo este hotel se você está procurando um hotel para relaxar. Eu dou a este hotel uma classificação de 5 estrelas. É um pouco caro, mas vale cada dólar ..

Beautifully decorated for the holidays!Loved the grand decor and atmosphere accompanied with the warm welcome from staff at check-in.Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating.We are looking forward to planning another trip here in the warmer months to check out the water park.Also, we did play a round of golf at TPC Oaks which was well cared for however it had a very slow meandering pace of play.They even estimate for you to plan on a 4.5 hour round on their automated GPS system on the golf cart.

My wife and I celebrated our 13 year anniversary and stayed at The JW MARRIOTT SAN ANTONIO HILLS and it was the best experience we ever had. They gave us great service from the front desk to the cleaning people. The rooms were very clean, we had a great view and the beds were so comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hotel to relax at. I give this hotel a 5 star rating. It's a little pricey but, its worth every dollar..

Christmas time was wonderful! The water slides were fun and the water was nice. We enjoyed the elf on the shelf hunt. We took our razor kick scooters and rode them around the property and had a blast. All the Christmas lights were great too.
