“The hotel is in the heart of Buckhead with walking distance to Lenox Square and Phipps Mall. It gives you an overall feel of a 5-star outside and in the lobby areas. The room is spacious with a lot of brightness. The comfort of the beds is OK since one of them is very saggy. The bathroom is spacious, bright, but the water flow of the shower is too low.The room is supposed to be smoke-free but I can smell smoke from the bed linens when I laydown. The pool is kind of dirty with some kind of droppings floating. Not sure why there is no one taking care of the pool. Garage parking is very expensive with $35 self-parking and $45 valet per night.”

“Kimberly was AMAZING!! As a fellow Marriott employee, SHE should definitely be the face of the entire company!! She MOST definitely went above and beyond anything I expected! Both as a fellow employee, and a guest!! She upgraded me to a bigger room with a better view of the city! All accomodations we're definitely 10/10! This is mostly a praise for Kimberly and her WONDERFUL customer service, but the entire staff was very welcoming and "warm" as one might say. So...... Please stay here and hopefully you get the pleasure of experiencing what TRUE southern hospitality with a smile feels like!!”
