“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!
Pros: the reception staff are so friendly, easy check in, the room was overlooking the beautiful chapel, the room was clean, great amenities in the room, felt very safe, the bed was the best bed I've slept on during a vacation.
Cons: didn't manage to work the Aircon - it was blowing out warm air even when we put it on the lowest temperature (I still give 5 stars as this may be my own problem).
There are closer hotels to the old town but we stayed in a closer one the day before we arrived at Arcotel and Arcotel was so worth the walk. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊”

“Don't be like me and read the reviews before you book. TL;DR: Avoid this hotel (and Salzburg in general).
Worst value for the money, you end up paying 2-300€ for a night and in exchange will get a small room with almost zero (no hot drinks, bar, snacks, smart TV to cast, usable reading lights) or cheap amenities and uncomfortable bed.”
