Super polite staff. Cleaners do a fantastic job of cleaning rooms and making sure things are ready. The front desk was always approachable and willing to answer any question I had. Good work guys. Tip:Keep the room card away from your phone, it messed with mine and I couldn't access the gym. The staff had to reset my card.

Check-in e mercado * O check-in foi rápido e fácil. Café da manhã * Panela grande de aveia e todos os ingredientes. Uma das minhas características favoritas do pequeno-almoço complementar do Marriott. Infelizmente, após a segunda manhã, a aveia não foi feita corretamente, pois tinha tanta água que você não conseguia encontrar a aveia! * Em vez dos habituais ovos mexidos cozidos, salsicha ou bacon e batatas, as conchas servidas continham sanduíches de café da manhã embalados e quiche. * Os dois sanduíches eram linguiça no biscoito e ovo, linguiça e queijo americano no bagel. Fiquei desapontado quando abri a primeira concha, mas devo confessar que os alimentos embalados eram bons, mesmo que a apresentação estivesse faltando. * Havia também alguns pastéis que achei bons. * Faltou a máquina de Waffle e a massa belga, embora um dos condimentos fosse o xarope de bordo.

Check-in and Marketplace * Check-in was quick and easy. The young woman at the front desk was welcoming and able to answer all our questions. * The Marketplace was small but adequate except for the dessert offerings which consisted of 2 flavors of ice cream. Room Rooms didn't have coffee or tea supplies in the room. I had to ask for them. And no blender in the room either. Pool * The towels supplied for pool guests were very small. Not even large enough to wrap around my 32" waist. * Tables around pool hadn't been cleaned in a while. * Pool much smaller than the photos led you to believe. * It also appears to be poorly maintained as the coping tile has years of deposits. *The tiles on the water falls, which would otherwise be a nice feature, have calcium deposits that are reminiscent of caves we've explored. * The pool and spa water was clean. Breakfast * Big pot of oatmeal and all the fixings. One of my favorite features of Marriott's complementary breakfast. Unfortunately, after the second morning the oatmeal wasn't made properly as it had so much water that you couldn't find the oatmeal! * Instead of the usual cooked scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, and potatoes, the serving clamshells contained packaged breakfast sandwiches and quiche. * The two sandwiches were sausage in a biscuit and egg, sausage and American cheese on a bagel. I was disappointed when I opened the first clamshell but I must confess that packaged food were good even if the presentation was lacking. * There were also some small pastries that I thought were good. * Missing was the Belgian Waffle maker and batter, although one of the condiments was maple syrup.

Começou bem, mas depois descobri que fomos cobrados duas vezes em 2 taxas diferentes. Eles decidiram reembolsar o mais barato dos 2, o que é estranho porque eu tinha direito à melhor tarifa. Mas o problema maior é que eu e minha esposa fomos ameaçados de violência em nosso quarto repetidamente devido a ela ter uma deficiência física! Foi uma estadia super bizarra e terrível! Foi-nos dito que o quarto seria compensado, e eu estava bem com esse resultado. Mas nunca foi combinado. Tive que ligar de volta, e mais uma vez eles disseram que iriam cuidar disso, mas isso nunca aconteceu. Várias outras ligações e meses depois, temos uma situação do dia da marmota e estou escrevendo esta revisão. Alguns níveis bizarros de incompetência acontecendo. Isso me levou de um usuário ávido do Marriott para um usuário muito cético e raramente triste. Cuidado!

Started out OK, but then I discovered we were double charged at 2 different rates. They decided to refund the cheaper of the 2, which is odd because I was entitled to the better rate. But the larger issue is that me and my wife were threatened with violence in our room repeatedly due to her having a physical disability! It made for a super bizarre and terrible stay! We were told the room would be comped, and I was OK with that outcome. But it never was comped. Had to call back, and once again they said they would take care of it, but it never happened. Several more calls and months later, we have a groundhogs day situation and I am writing this review. Some bizarre levels of incompetence going on. This took me from an avid Marriott user to a very skeptical and seldom user saddly. Beware!

A equipe é agradável e os jardins são excelentes. Pena que eles não pudessem colocar tanto esforço nos quartos. Eles estão abatidos e abatidos. O banheiro é imundo (tentamos nos limpar), a pia está entupida, o que gerou mosquitos, e o pessoal não substituiu o xampu, o condicionador ou as loções (todos meio cheios, na melhor das hipóteses).

Staff is nice and the grounds are great. Too bad they couldn't put that much effort into the rooms. They are run-down and beat-up. The bathroom is filthy (we tried to clean ourselves), the sink is clogged which led to gnats, and the staff didn't replace the shampoo, conditioner, or lotions (all half-full at best).
