“O hotel é bom. No entanto, há fichas nos quartos que não funcionam. E a funcionária da receção Petra é muito rude para com os clientes. Se fizerem reservas para mais do que um quarto têm que deixar uma anotação na reserva com isso, caso contrário acabam todos separados 1 quarto em cada piso.”
