“No system to Check In which means we had to fill out forms as it was 20 years ago (and this is a modern hotel). There was no pressure in the toilet water so we couldn't flush properly. We also had to put up with someone knocking on our door to make sure "there was someone in the room"...and on top of that we couldn't close the bathroom door...”

“I got really ill from this hotel. The room ac has on or off regardless what temperature you set. And it blew out smell air then found there is no filtrations. I then feel itchy throat after and got Covid next day after more than 2 weeks of trip but just this stop in door. The shower area is totally dungeon.
Oh there is no blanket just one thin bed sheet.
I know their hotel has no heat in guest rooms.”
