“The Hotel is of a good standard. Breakfast is below standard for a 5 star hotel Restaurant are good but not outstanding Check in was unpleasant with the front office personnel not able to understand the conditions of the reservation and voucher. My reservation was including breakfast and fully paid by the travel agency but the front desk was not able to understand the book coding and tried to charge me the room and breakfast rate. It took one day to clarify the issue”

“All - please do not consider this place for your quarantine. One of the worst service I have ever seen through .. passenger has travelled on over night flight and waiting for the room from morning 5AM to 10:30 AM … And she is diabetic 65years old .. this is completely not acceptable .. Complaint has been registered at Discover Qatar holiday as well but no response.”
